Liverpool and Manchester City have reportedly brokered a deal for the transfer of Torres to ‘the world’s richest club this week’ for an eye watering £100 million.

The story seems to stem from sources both in Liverpool and Manchester, not to mention the gregarious socialite that is Alan Brazil.
