Pim has been half a coach. He brings respectability and gravitas to the team. According to the players he also seems to be a good man manager. However, he seems to have used Henk Duut's 433 national player development tactical framework as a bible. Maybe this is the FFAs doing and Pim would have made different decisions in the absence of pressure from on high?
