England were "third favourites behind Brazil and Spain"? Really? Not in my books!
And if Holman is the best thing to come out of this WC for Australia, then we are in as much trouble as the Poms. The good thing for us is that we ended up on a winning note, with a couple of solid performances which ultimately will have a good impact on the local game.
As for England, I remember seeing skinny, white schoolkids shivering in the playgrounds of London, desperately keen to get their phys ed class over as soon as possible. That's the future right there, mate.
