As if they will make any changes. They are far too slow on changes as it is. But, even more if they change things in the first month or so it will be an admission that they got it wrong and should have changed it beforehand. IF they are going to change it they will probably wait a while...

A penalty kick would be the fairest result, but only if Suarez was in goal, on his knees, hands tied behind his back, trying to stop it with his face. Otherwise why not just get the whole team on the line with their hands ready whenever a goal will change the result. Suarez literally chose to cheat his way to the next round because the rules as they stand give his team improved odds by doing so. What an absolute disgrace. "Works fine" ? For cheats
