This could possibly be the most boring World Cup Final in history....and not just because of the Netherlands.
Endlessly passing the ball around in triangles may be entertaining for some, and it is probably the most effective way to play football, but it don't do much for me...

HOLLAND boss Bert van Marwijk admits Spain play a more attractive brand of football than his team - but insists the Dutch do not fear them.

Have to agree. Spain haven't really excited me that much. As you say endlessly passing thr ball around is about as exciting as watching paint dry. You'd think that with so many wonderful attacking players they'd have more of as cutting edge.
it's funny how so many people have criticised the Dutch for boring football yet they have scored 12 goals to Spain's 9. It's ok for Spain to grind out results(like they have) but when the Dutch are an efficient team who get the job done suddenly it's bad football.
