I don't see anyone blaming the ref in this article except Kuyt who doesn't count because he plays for Liverpool.
What do you think about the FourFourTwo article Dutch Blame English Ref?
DIRK Kuyt pointed the finger of blame for Holland's World Cup final defeat by Spain at English referee Howard Webb.

It probably would have been a better spectacle if de Jong had been sent off frankly. Spain would have actaully pressed the Netherland's goal and the Netherlands would have had better counter attcking opportunities.
