Absolutely riveting article there Andy. I stopped everything and couldn't think of anything but finishing reading it. It is really inspiring reading and has me excited about my first deluge into the coaching foray next year as a take a team of U12s at my local club.
Looking forward to hearing about your exploits in the Shire as that is where I hail from too!

That was a great read Andy, bloody good job mate - I know this is an old article but if you can keep the quality of delivery in your blogs that is in this article we are in for a hell of a ride!
