When you go on an article from the main page (not via the forums) there's now a little clicky circle by each post which you can select, and then click a thing down the bottom of that page saying "Report selected as an offensive comment"

The website has either sentient and is updating itself, or I believe this is only applicable for older (very old) articles that had comments on them before the website-forum linkup existed.

Hmm... well then... there you go.... sentience indeed....
Pretty sure the reason it's doing it is because the article is under the "Player Q&A" category and it was an ancient requirement that any articles in that category NOT be included in the forums.... for whatever reason.
