It will be a big day for Sunshine George Cross F.C. on Sunday 7 August with Kevin Muscat returning to play for the club where he began his career. Sunshine G.C. takes on Altona Magic at 3.00 in a throat game that as always will have its fair share of controversy. The day will kick off with three junior games at 10.00 am. The women's game Sunshine Vs Eltham kicks off at 11.00, followed by the under 21 game at 1.00. There's also the President's Luncheon at 11.30 where guest speaker is Melbourne Victory coach Mehmet Durakovic. Most of Melbourne Victory players will be at the ground to support their former captain and now assistant coach at Melbourne Victory. All the club's juniors will form a guard of honour for Kevin Muscat as he runs onto the ground in his famous number 2 shirt. Anyone not doing anything on Sunday should come down to Chaplin Reserve for what will be a great occasion.
