It's a pain in the ass trying to find your club's supporter thread, because within minutes there already on the 3rd+ page. Without making them sticky is there any other option to more easily access these threads? Thanks :) .

Maybe KA can incorporate a link to supporter threads into each A-League team's FFT Page? At least for now, some people just put the url in their signature for their own reference. If you want to be subtle about it, turn one of your images into a url by using the code: (url=insert URL)(img)insert URL(/img)(/url) eg.

If I gave each club a subforum, would you use it? (Talking of which, do Mariners fans actually have a forum anywhere anymore? The Marinators one now sells viagra and the yellow army one hasn't seen much traffic for the past year...)

Edited by Kevin Airs: 19/9/2011 04:15:28 PM Maybe not each club, but an A-League subforum?

A Club subforum where you only have supporter threads? You could bring some of the supporter threads from world football and put them in there as well (though I think World football probably doesn't have the same problem with the amount of traffic in the Australian one).
Eventually if those threads get enough traffic you could introduce a subforum for each club.
Another idea is to have a 'Commissioner' type subforum for people to post stuff like how they want 2 divisions with pro/rel or want to get rid of the finals series.

Australian football can be for Socceroo's news, results ect. And if we get an A-League subforum the supporter threads should become sticky.

Edited by Kevin Airs: 19/9/2011 04:15:28 PM No need for this, waste of your time. AUFC fans find our thread here no problems and WATR foum along with footballnews is good enough for eveything else.

Edited by Kevin Airs: 19/9/2011 04:15:28 PM i think we already have the 'official' club threads on here, maybe just link those to the club pages. Edited by zimbos_05: 20/9/2011 04:03:32 PM

Just sticky a link to all of the supporter threads at the top of AF.

Smart, and clean. One thread with links to all of the other threads. Makes it easy to find.

nhub24 wrote:I'm still for a separate A-League subforum...? I suppose AF gets the most traffic on this site. Sometimes too much and it's hard keep up with and an A-league subforum would help, but it's not a massive problem. *Waits for 'just don't go into AF' comments* :p Edited by gooner4life_8: 20/9/2011 06:10:58 PM
