I don't know about others, but often I will have FourFourTwo open in another tab while doing other things. If I then come back to the page having left it on the home page it must sync through all the stories on the breaking news tab, and often If I have been away for a while it can be flicking through for quite a long time and hence not able to click on any of the new stories.

Any way to fix this? or do other people not have this issue?

The only problem I have with the homepage is occasionally slideshow seems to get stuck, and will quickly flick back and forth from one story to another.

Have the same problem. Quite often actually.

Yeah, it's a javascript issue unfortunately. Only fix is to refresh the page or wait for it to finish cycling. :(

Hope it's not doing the tour de France, then. That could take weeks! :o
