Non muslim are allowed to drink if they please and not be punished.
This law as its very outdated and has been altered. But countries such as Qatar do not follow Shariah law in its entirely and correctly so laws such as this continue. Does this law also apply to ex-Muslims? Actually by law ex-Muslims in Qatar get executed. That's what I was saying.

Shariah has many schools of jurisprudence, there is no "true and correct" form of Shariah. That's why Saudi Arabia is a lot stricter than most nations, for example. And yeah, apostasy isn't looked on very well.

Of course i speak only of Islam. Qatar are not really a shining beacon for Islam and Shariah Law. But isn't apostasy punishable by death though. The poor bloke wouldn't get a chance to have a drink. Even amongst the most liberal Islamic countries apostasty is, erm, looked down upon. I believe Kuwait has constitutional provision to take away normally granted rights from apostates.

By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

I'm actually so excited for their World Cup... Like, to the point where I may enjoy it more than if we were hosting it.
