Everyone is getting a taste of what the current FFV NPL model...amongst other things...... forces clubs to do.

The turmoil it is creating in this club and some others that have made protestations to apply, is not only alarming but disappointing for our code.

The current FFV management and Board ......like all tiers of management in any organisation .......will be one day replaced.

Its inevitable....just like....taxes...and death....Those individuals will not be there.

Fortunately.... the damage this ill-conceived NPL model ...will only be isolated to the unfortunate clubs... like Bulleen.... that have made the error of thinking that this model is inevitable.

I predict.


There will be a new NPLV model rolled out and agreed to….very soon......that will not create the angst/division/conflict/insolvency/legal issues that the FFV has naively driven us all down this road with.

The FFV will learn rapidly that it needs to firstly TRULY consult with its stakeholders ( the stakeholders that pay their salaries, rents and puts food on the table for their children), before arrogantly ignoring all the clubs

I actually feel sorry for the Bulleen administrators/committee people who have shown naivety and a lack of sophistication in ripping their club apart on the advice of the FFV.

The current Management & Board will not be there to pick up the pieces of these actions
The current Management & Board will not be there when the Council comes down hard on Bulleen (shortly)
The current Management & Board will not underwrite anything

Bulleen, by this week you will probably be the only metro club left in the EOI process
