The most a club can charge for juniors is capped at$1700, wow thanks....now up from $400 to $1700, guess "Elite" really means "who can afford it"!!!

Looking forward to the NPLV in 2014. It's either going to be an enhanced version of what I already watch, with a new administration in control; or it's going to be a comical basket case we can all watch crash and burn whilst saying "what were they thinking?"
