It's a wish-list from the page author. Unlikely to be anything legit.

By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

higher level than Celtic. If he made it at a club like that it would give fuel to the "celtic is a bad club for development" thesis

its a fan post, nothing more. Plus if Rogic can't crack Celtic with it's mediocre central midfield, he is hardly going to do any better at a bundesliga team.

moops what is the source for this, url link please?

Depends on 'the author' - hopefully it's a journo? One noticeable thing, all those on the 'wishlist' are German/Bundesliga-based, with the only ones listed from outside the country being the African player (Ivorian) from Russia and Celtic-based Rogic! So, even in that listing/context, it's something. Lil ole Rogic is being noticed from outside lil ole Scotland/Celtic, despite the lack of gametime he's seen up there, so far?

We can hope that they're far from the only ones to be noticing Rogic, gaining interest in acquiring his services? [-o<

This is a misconception. Lennon would not have bought Rogic if he didn't like his 'style'. Also, football is football, if he is superior to other players, he will play ahead of them.

Sometimes the basics must be remembered.

Would expect better from you Farrand. That's simplistic horseshit and would only be true in some magical idealistic world.

Some managers just favor different traits in players than others. Your use of the term "superior players" as though every manager agrees is just way too simplistic.

As well as that the SPL just favors different traits to the Bundesliga. It's alot more second balls, aerial balls, long balls and little pressure in the oppositions half etc etc. It favors more physical and hard working players and doesn't afford a technical midfielder like Rojic as much proportional time on the ball as he would get in the Bundesliga.

Also, how sure are you that Lennon was the one who brought in Rojic?
In traditional British clubs (probably like Celtic) it's more common for the higher ups to do the transfers while the managers job is just to select the team from what he has and win games.

Even if his game time doesn't improve, I think he would learn a hell of a lot more in Germany.

Not the current teams specifically because I don't watch either.
But I've already stated some of the differences between the leagues in general and stated why the Budesliga favors players who are excellent in possession like Rojic more than the SPL does.
Also Rojic's mediocre work rate, aggression and pace would be a bigger limitation in the SPL due to the higher amount of loose balls that need chasing down.

I watch a lot of buli (mostly aussie based teams so its hard to comment specifically on hannover though I note they average around 500 passes a match) and spl. The skill set used in Buli varies quite a lot from player to player and team to team. The ball is definitely on the ground a lot more in the BuLi whereas watching Celtic is very agricultural. My wife (an american that I'm trying to get into football) can watch a league, buli, eredivisie quite comfortably but its difficult to get her to watch a celtic game (definitely a labour of love when she does). Her quote "its like watching a bunch of high school kids play in america"

One of the first times I watched rogic play for celtic I saw his job mostly consisting of trying to win aerial duels (and failing). He would often go for a short pass and break a line doing so (which is the major skill in short passing game. Break a line in advancing the ball up the field on the ball and try and create a passing lane off the ball). There were very limited diagonal passing lanes available to him.

Its not that a technical player can't survive in that league. Its just that technique is less of an asset than it is in other leagues and his speed, defense, aerial ability, physical ability and shooting are far more important. Also the style of refereeing allows a lot and makes it harder for technical players to thrive

Decentric often quotes a European coach who says that a large number of continental european players in top leagues would be deemed not good enough for the english championship due to an overemphasis on the physical side of the game. ECL is less agricultural than SPL from what I have seen.
