Korea v Saudi stream, decent quality. Click on channel 2 (02 up top)

By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

son puts in a decent free kick from the right which is headed in for the first goal at 70 mins-ish.

saudi's are looking tired already have parked le bus. they are going to depend on bs to get them through this. they will lucky to walk away with only 3 goals conceded by the end...

tidy finish gave SK a second at 91 mins. ended up being a decent game. if the saudi's werent so cocky for the first half they could have done better. they showed some serious threat when they fell behind.

Was at the Bahrain v Jordan match, has actually got me pretty pumped for the Asian Cup. That was one of the more exciting games I've seen live for some time, the class of the players was there for all to see. Was a perfect clear night, about 15 degrees and I'd say about 3 or 4 thousand people rocked up.

Saudi's play similar to Australia. Quite slow from the back but I think lack any real fire power if defended well. How was the Spitter throw any tanti's ? We actually drawed against this team, hope that doesn't mean we will have similar performances

he was quiet. a few dangerous moments. the saudi's showed plenty of flair but they were pretty amateur until SK got ahead.

SK definitely improved as the game went on. first half was stilted. they really needed the game. Son was roaming fairly freely which upset their flow. i think he was trying to kickstart them. once they warmed up they looked set to put a few away. the roo's are going to have a really tough game to get past them.

they have a quick footed midfield with a tidy quick passing game and pace at the front. son's free kicks were excellent. they seem pretty good in the air. they have plenty of big men. they were compact and mobile in defence, but they kept their back line really thin. if they pack together like that against us we will be able to play wide with some success.

Bahrain reigns.
By Michael Pollock, Adam Trafford Jan. 4, 2015, 11:05 p.m.

City's first international soccer clash draws thousands.BAHRAIN has become the first country to win an all-international soccer match in Ballarat.

It wasn’t pretty, but the host outfit ground out a 1-0 victory in the friendly over Jordan at Morshead Park on Sunday night.

The win marks the completion of Bahrain’s preparations for the AFC Asian Cup, with the side now two from two for practice matches after dispatching Saudi Arabia 4-1 in Geelong last week. It took until the 84th minute for Bahrain to register the win, which number 12 Aaish Faouzi did in sensational fashion when he found the back of the net with a curling 25-metre free kick from a tight angle.

Until then, Jordan looked the more dangerous side, dominating possession in the first half but blowing multiple opportunities.

Bahrain emerged from the break looking a more resilient team, and used the tailwind to generate several opportunities of its own in the second half.

Despite an uneventful and often fruitless midfield slog dominating the match, the night wasn’t without its moments.

Technical difficulties saw neither team’s national anthem played pre-match, while tempers flared in the second half, resulting in plenty of grappling between members of both sides.

The physical affair saw plenty of forced substitutions, and Bahrain Football Association vice-president Ali Ahmed Al Buainain said post match that an emphasis would be placed on player management in the coming days.

“The difficulty is now in team readiness for individuals and as a group,” he said. “The second match is always difficult to win and Jordan is a very good team and very tough.

“This was the last prep match for them and they were willing to give the maximum efficiency of their team.

“Up to this stage, yes (the team is ready for the Asian Cup).”

Back the Bid and Ballarat Red Devils chairman Duncan Smith described the match as a great spectacle for Ballarat, and said more than 2000 onlookers were present on the night.

“It really is a great night, not just for football in Ballarat but for Ballarat itself,” he said.

“Just over 2000 people here to see a quality match between two international teams.”

Bahrain will train in Ballarat on Monday and Tuesday before departing for Melbourne on Wednesday.

Its first match will be against Iran on January 11 at the Melbourne Rectangular Stadium.

Don't think we'd have any probs with teams like say Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait - I don't think we should be losing to teams like this. It's a real problem if we're drawing to them. We need to play better, this South Korean side and Japan, Qatar will eat us alive. We need to be way more clinical in attack. To much emphasis on building it up from the back will kill us especially in this weather.. :-k

KBS is one of the main television broadcasters in South Korea http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Korean_Broadcasting_System

Just thought I'd point that out. So more than likely yeah you'll see stars of the country presenting / commentating.
