WTF is meant by "partnership" anyway?

I daresay it'll mean you can send players and coaches over for trials and experiences, it will give CCM a wider range for their network with agents, coaches, etc and may even lead to a Melbourne City type takeover (for better or worse). And obviously it will give Everton first-glance at the next Rogic type players coming through, plus expand their network also.
