I feel sorry for the families who attend our games.
But if course the FFA aren't happy with what has the potential to be the leagues best ever spectacle and are charging through the roof.
Unfortunately was always going to happen after they fucked up the booking of Etihad.

pricing is fair. you cant have it both ways, you can't argue that it should be in a small rectangular stadium rather than a oval stadium and also complain that it should be cheap.
for me personally i'd rather have 70k at mcg on a friday night and have affordable pricing of $30 adult category c up to $100 adult category a. would be a classic against either sydney fc or adelaide in front of the biggest ever a-league crowd.

Edited by williamn: 8/5/2015 10:58:42 PM Football at the MCG is horrendous, only getting 70k in there would make for a terrible grand final.

Way too many allocated to away fans. Should be at most given 11-14 and South end should be allowed to keep their spot.

Getting away tickets will be bloody impossible. Really is a shame that it's such a small stadium.

People focusing on attendance numbers really don't understand how much better this game will be at AAMI, the matchday experience will be so much better for those lucky enough to make it.

Not suggesting they play it elsewhere. But if we make it, I'm very nervous of missing out on a ticket.

Am i reading it right that on the Monday members can only buy into the category they have their membership in. Ie: cat a can only buy cat a. And cat c/gen admin can only buy cat c? Then on tuesday members can buy what they want. Away area should be much much smaller. Cannot see adelaide filling it if they make it.

I'd pay it if I were Victory fan especially since Melbourne haven't played at this level in years so it's a rare opportunity. But I can imagine a lot of young kids out there missing out. It's a shame.

Makes sens to me. Same amount of demand for the GF with eff all supply.
If a person low on fuel travelling across the Nullabor finds the only petrol station for 500km, he won't be charged $0.99/L for it

How many seats is that??I know people who only come to games on an irregular basis who would go, I think we would fill it tbh.
