Benzema to either;
Bayern - Swap + cash for Lewa

Chelsea - Would see Costa back to Atletico

Atletico would then probably cash in on Griezmann going to;
PSG; Need a player up front to replace Zlatan. Not exact replacement but still.
Arsenal.

I think Wenger would be first in the door for Benzema tbh. There's not future with Welbeck and Giroud that I can see. They're never going to reach the levels of Benzema - and can you imagine Vardy and Benzema together? Beastly.

So apparently Walcott might be on his way to West Ham for a higher fee than Vardy to Arsenal. If that's so then Vardy is pretty much a direct replacement -and I still think Arsenal would go for Benzema if Lewa goes to Real.
