With Vargas in full flight I reckon the Jets would be a lot closer to Sydney but they are still travelling well.

Thought Ernie was a lazy move from the Jets but theyve not only played well but made proactive moves in the transfer market. Theyre in a very good way

Tell you what they have very clever people in both the front & back offices of the Newcastle club at the moment, finally a real challenger to Sydney FC's dominance.  

The good thing for the Jets is they are on track to make the ACL if they continue their way.
