I still find this funny if true. They couldn't get Jonas Salley or Joel Griffiths... so resulted in recruiting Charlie Miller... :p

I don't think it's funny at all.

Neither Salley nor Griffiths would've made an ounce of difference to the insipid brand of football they play, Miller is the kind of player that could bring the disparate elements together and get them playing a good brand of winning football.

well if anything, this would push Culina higher up the park where he could do more damage in the final third. better than those useless long balls (look impressive when they hit their mark , but once every 4 attempts ain't good enough)

Anyway If the author of this vicious rumour wants any credibility and still not reveal the source he should tell us which visa player he is replacing?

All I have read on this site was that it is a possibilty that he may or may not sign just because he was released which is just a guess. I am saying that he put pen to paper yesterday. I have no idea which visa player they are replacing or whether or not it will be a loan agreement but I can tell you that he signed yesterday.

Go read some of the other threads including the matchday and Miller leaves Roar thread people have already said he will sign with GCU.

I just thought it would be fun to share the information that I have received with the people of this forum as I enjoy reading the posts here. I can understand your sceptascism as it would be too easy to speculate on Charlie just by seeing him sitting next to Clive at the last GCU game. That said it would be silly of me to go and reveal sources when if it did get back to them it could upset some people.

Anyway, I'll leave you one other piece of info that I don't believe has been reported... Robbie Kruze got dropped by Charlie because he was in his ear all night calling him an Effin C**T non stop. Charlie told him he would hit him if he said it again. And he did, and Charlie did. Fox Sports made Charlie out to be the bad guy but that little kid had what was coming to him.
