Indeed. :( I can still see why he's so well regarded, just things haven't gone right for him, after he INITIALLY did so well to be featuring regularly in Nurnberg's defence. HE had a horror start in his move to Denmark, either suffering an injury in his debut or a red card, can't remember. And he didn't seem to recover too well there. And moving to Saudi Arabia was ALWAYS a curious move for the guy - I couldn't see it being too good for his football anyway, even if he was playing - the only thing playing there is good for, is your wallet. He's 29 now, hmm, I reckon he should give Europe one more shot by trialling at some strong Championship club or some other appropriate league, or even the J-League. And if things don't progress so well over there, then he should just re-join the A-League, atleast for this coming season and he could always try again at 30, but by then it may not even be worth re-trying. Infact his relatively old age (Playing Peak) may be part of the reason why clubs have not been so kind to him, compared to when he arrived at Nurnberg at 25. BTW People, make no mistake, he would be a great get for any A-League club. On relative terms we've seen how well Dino Djulbic resettled in the league, with GCU and he was coming from splinters in Bundesliga 2. Beauchamp will still be more than capable of handling this league, if he's kept his fitness up. Edited by GloryPerth: 27/4/2010 12:07:39 PM
