I'm not really surprised by this. Dunga has shown time and again that he's not willing to use Ronaldinho so not a massive surprise. They can do without him anyway.

I'm more surprised about Kleberson. He doesn't deserve to be anywhere near a World Cup. He proved at Man Utd that he can't hack it at the top level.

I'm also surprised about no Alexandre Pato.

Not enough creativity in the midfield for my liking. Could be a very boring Brazil team this time around. Also surprised by the lack of Pato in the squad. Could be down to his recent injuries and how the hell does Gilberto Silva still get a run.

First of all yes im shattered the Ronaldinho wont be there. I know Dunga has hi policy and he has stuck to it but I would have loved to have seen him at one last big tournament.
As for Kleberson not deserving to be anywhere near a World Cup...he has won it before lol.

Good news for the chap facing them.

A good measurement of a teams ability is by looking at the players who don't get picked.

No Ronaldinho, Pato, Hulk and Ronaldo.
I had them as finalists, but I think that squad just doesn't have it in them to reach the final.

As my friend once said, "It's funny how Dunga rejects Ronaldinho, but Australia would give their left nut for him". I lol'd.

Brazil are always one of the best teams to watch at the World Cup but not this time around. There is nowhere near enough firepower in that forward line imho. Also with Kleberson, Gilberto Silva and Felipe Melo there and with Ronaldinho missing out all of the creativity is going to fall on Kaka's shoulders and I don't think he will be able to handle it.

No real surprises that Ronaldinho isn't there, Dunga really doesn't like him or Adriano. But Pato not being in the squad is a real talking point.

He is in the reserves list though unlike pato, adriano, roberto carlos and ronaldo

I don't know how people are saying Brazil aren't a strong side. If Australia had a good enough side to leave a fit Kewell out of the squad we would be expecting to win. If Brazil are strong enough to not even include one of the best players of the modern era I recon they must have something going for them.

It's because of a personal beef between Ronny and Dunga, mvictory. It's going on in all the teams, see: Exhibit A - Italy leave out Cassano and Miccoli, two of the best players in Serie A this season.

He's played a lot of the qualifiers, replacing Kleberson when he was injured. So, yes.

And I'd imagine there would be more than one CM injury replacement.
