Schwarzer
Wiltshire Neill Moore chipperfield
Culina Grella
Garcia Cahill Bresciano
Kennnedy
Not our best side but that is what Pim will go with I think.
I think we'll get away with a draw 1-1
Substitions will be
Garcia off for Vidosic
Bresciano off for Holman
Kennedy off for Kewell
Red card Grella

I think Joffa is pretty damn close.
Possible Pim will use a 4-3-2-1, similar to what he started with last night (not that it helped) to counter Germany's over-lapping. So maybe Valeri will pair with Culina and Grella in the "3" and possible Cahill and Bresc in the "2" as Garcia hasnt offered much thus far.
I can also see Grella receiving a red within an hour.
Edit: If we play at our best, we could win. Key word being 'could'. 1-1.

If Pim doesn't go with Garcia he might play Valeri as DM and push Culina forward or he could start Vidosic although I don't think Pim would do that.

I see Joffa's line-up but with Culina potentially out wide and Valeri coming into midfield. Garcia has offered nothing. Kewell off the bench around the 75th minute.
3-1 to Germany. Kennedy to score in light of having a shocking game otherwise.

Schwarzer Wilkshire Neill Moore chipperfield Culina Grella Valeri Jedinak (Cahill or Bresc as attacking midfield, depending who is willing to play more defensively.)

Shwarzer Emerton Moore Neill Chippers Wilkshire Grella Culina Holman Cahill Kennedy Subs Kewell Bresc Milligan Carney Federici Vidosic
and if thats too many subs then were in danger. Although the chances of Emerton playing are really slim I think Wilkshire proved time and time again he's excellent at getting forward but not so good at defending. Plus I believe he needs to be there full time for Kennedy.

Pim might have a trick up his sleeve for the Germans, I reckon. As a Dutchman, he's confident he knows the German system well and suspects he knows where the weaknesses lie. I think his starting squad has never changed much, and Joffa's close enough (dunno about Garcia...).
I reckon we can snatch a win, either 1-0 or 2-1.
The Germans will keep it tight, so I can't see us scoring more than twice. If we open up at the back like we did against USA it could be a rout.

My bad I completely forget Valeri who would surely be in the subs. It would have to be Vidosic and Carney out If I need to lose two subs.

Germany 2-0
the starting eleven:
----------Schwarzer------------ Wilky-Neill-----Moore-Chippers- -----Culina-----Grella--------- Garcia---Cahill-----Bresciano ---------Kennedy-------------
After 70 minutes when we're 2-0 down:
----------Schwarzer------------ Culina-Neill-----Moore-Chippers- -----Wilky-----Valeri--------- Emerton---Cahill-----Kewell---- ---------Kennedy-------------

Defensive long-ball play to Kennedy for the first 60min, and we'll be down 1-0 at the end of that. Then we'll throw Chippers and Culina forward more, Cahill to get an equaliser, and then Germany to go 2-1 just before the end.
I hope (and believe) that Grella will have had enough of a talking to that he wont get a red.
I think we're a chance for a 1-1 draw though.

My bet is for Grella to get a red card within 10 minutes and Moore to be responsible for the first two of the 5 goals we will leak as a result. However if we decide that we are never going to play like the last two matches again and Grella is used as part of the teams security for the match I can see us getting a 1-1 draw out of the match, or a bullshit 1-2 win to us in the last seconds of the game.

Well this is what I'm hoping for: 1-0 -----------Kennedy----------- Kewell-----Cahill-----Emerton ------Culina----Valeri------- Chip---Neil-----Champ--Wilkshire ----------Swarchz--------------
However it will most likely be: 0-0 or 1-0 to Germany. -----------Kennedy------------- Bresc------Cahill-------Vidosic -----Grella------Culina------- Chip---Moore-----Neil-----Wilk -----------Swarchz-------------

1-1 if we go with this starting eleven:
Schwarzer Wilky-Neill-----Beauchamp-Carney -----Culina-----Valeri--------- Emerton---Cahill---Chippers ---------Kewell-------------
- Beauchamp in for Moore. He's been terrible in the air over the 3 warm-up games, Pim will cannot take the risk with the German tall timber.
- Valeri in for Grella. Valeri has been close to our best player during limited time during the warm up games. Vince is really struggling with his tackling and passing, too risky.
- Chippers in for Bresc. Chippers is in rare form and is a better option when tracking back in defense. The second goal for the USA shows how badly Bresc can get skinned when isolated.
- Kewell in for Kennedy. If hes is fit he will start, if only to put the Germans on the back foot a little. We will play down the flanks with Kewell droping deeper and Cahill pushing forward.
3-0 to Germany if we go with this starting eleven:
Schwarzer Wilky-Neill-----Moore-Chippers -----Culina-----Grella-------- Emerton---Cahill---Bresc ---------Kennedy-------------
I hope Pim is true to his natuare and does not risk Moore, Grella and Bresc based on what we have seen over the last 6 mths.

We will see they same starting XI that we saw on Saturday start against Germany. Kewell may start, but probably not. I'd start Vidosic ahead of Garcia though.

------------Schwarz----
Wilkshire---Neil-----Chippers
Emerton--Vidosic--Cahill---Bresc
Ruka-------Kennedy--------Kewell
That way even if we lose we do it in style. And you cant tell me that this lineup wouldn't produce goals (even if it is for both teams)

I dunno TBH...they could have an off day. and Ruka is untested really at this level.
And I'd rather win ugly than lose in style. it's all about the results, even though i hate it when my team plays unattractively. Bottom line is, we're more likely to lose by more wqith that formation, especially if we play three at the back.
