Actually it is Cahill who will play up front with Garcia in central mid, thats according to SbS...

with that starting 11, who knows what the actual positions will be?

Our info is that it will actually be an effective 442 with Garcia and Cahill both upfront - expect a 4-6-0 in reality though...

And our info came from the same source in South Africa who gave us the starting line up five hours ago... (while SBS were still saying Kennedy was playing)

Interesting... Could work in closing them down by flooding the midfield. Then hopefully bring on the 2 strikers and score a late winner...

this is a joke. ive never seen us play such a bad half of football and its the teams fault it has nothing to do with our opponent. we dont pressure their defenders at all and they can freely control the game and pick their passes, our midfield at one point was running everywhere like headless chickens and no one is prepared to make passes that aren't to a player without a defender anywhere within a 5metre radius. we're just passing in defense and its an embarrassment to the real quality of football in this country. what have you done to us pim.

I'm not really embarrassed about losing to Germany by that much. They clearly deserved to win. We were simply outplayed.

Ver Beek's bag of party tricks surprised everybody it seems. even the players themselves. I feel embarrassed for the guys who were rendered completely incompetant against a far superior Gernay.

Never at any stage did I think that Australia was going to win or even draw the result, I was hoping for 1 - 0 and the guys dignity intact.

One thing is for sure, verbeek is not a Hiddink, he is an arnold. That makes the coaching staff arnold squared, which is reflected in the result compared to the last olympics.
