We are all a little frustrated with Pim Verbeek's inflexibility. We are all hoping to see some more attacking enthusiasm. We are all praying for a result.

Well you got your first wish. And it was most peoples wish. But alas the 2nd wish did not eventuate and so the first wish was abandoned and people forgot that it was there initial dream that caused the second to be unacheivable. And suddenly everyone who slams Pim is a genius.

I agree. Pace is good to have in the defensive line, but if you don't have pace you can still tactically win a defensive battle. Pim just didn't know what the hell he was doing. Playing an off-side against Klose? With two guys in their 30's??? Seriously a shit decision. I just hope someone (Frank Lowy perhaps) slaps Pim upside the head in the next few days and tells him to stop playing dickarse football.

Yep, probably a bit late to jump ship though unfortunately.

I think the best thing for us was that I didn't see a whole lot from Serbia or Ghana to convince me that we can't get a result. It is pretty hard to gauge where we're at the moment though.

Australia are going to get absolutely demolished.

Australia's grandpa defense vs Ghana's pace next game is going to be a train wreck.

No doubting that our defence is a mess but I'm more worried about Neill and Moore's terrible positioning while trying play the offside trap than just out and out pace issues.

I was pretty devastated last night. But today is a new day. We just have to reset our target to 6 pts instead of 4 pts from our next 2 matches.

My brain said we would lose, my heart hoped for a draw. Neither were prepared for a flogging. I really feel that the Cahill card was critical - we may have no shipped any more in the second 45. But it's a piece of string argument.

Bring on Ghana!!!!

Do you want to revise your position following the Germany game? I am looking for positives but I can't find any.

What do you think about the FourFourTwo blog It'll all be Green and Golden?
Don't be afraid, but I know what you're thinking...
..."Pffft, I'm much more worried about the Socceroos recent form than I am about this guy reading my thoughts." How was that? Pretty close, huh?
