i dont know why sydney let wade ostendoff(?) go last season, i thought he was a class player for the future, if timpano is fit he is quailty its just that he's never fit, we havent been linked to any backs so sydney wont be letting to many backs go, if fyfe and timpano go that would leave us needing to buy like 4 backs,

But at the present time there's no way to nurture tallent AND win trophies to satisfy the fans. People want trophies then and there, here and now (especially the fickle Melbourne and sydney fans), but developing tallent is long term and it's a trade-off.
But I agree, they should be holding onto Timpano.

Sydney should persist with Timpano. He's a young kid filling a key defensive roll. If you invest in a young talent, you want to get some return and I think next season will see some good returns from Timpano.
I would rather se Sydney build and nurture a top team than buy a premiership.

I'm tempted to concur with the last two.

Going by you logic the Bulldogs should cut SBW and the Tigers Benji Marshall, Newcastel Michael Owen, Liverpool Harry Kewel...

His last injury was a freak training accident.

i would like 2 see timpano play a full season unheralded by injuries if it were possible....then it would giv us a better idea on how good the kid is.

Timpano should be released. I know it's unfair on him that he's always getting injured but maybe a stint in the state league could help him out.

Timpano is WAY WAY WAY better than Zkid...
