i don't like them. Can we please have an option of turning them off (or point me as to where to go to do so if the facility already exists and i just can't find it)

I think you will find it is 'kthanx bai'. Not sure about the sig thing but I would like this option also.

I know another forum I'm on has it set so that a person's sig only appears once on each page. So if they make 2/3 posts on a page, their sig only appears on the first post. I don't think we have anything like that here though.
