enough with the "former youth international" line ... it just highlights they've never played at full international level.

Looks okay, maybe a bit underwhelming for CFGs resources but they have the ability to pull out the next fall n Rolli with their scouting network.

Seems very underwhelming. 

Player playing polish top division as a marquee ??.So many clubs get the marquee spot wrong paying overs for a unknown player. They have got the wrong people in the football department that continue to fail and make baffling decisions mc.

He is probably a worse signing than non marquee midfield signings Hiariej, Brama, Matmour, Xavi Torres and Matthias Sanchez.

He'll do well, but marquee?

Players who've come here as in the cap and become marquees such as Ninkovic, Berisha and Broich all had far more impressive careers beforehand. 

Wehn you look at the marquees signed this season theres:

2x extensive La Liga experience 
2 Italy caps and lots of Seria A goals
22 caps for Venezuela and Copa America experience

then
2 Polish Under 21 caps. 

Not to say he wont be a good signing. City would still have the best scouting networks but its still a really disappointing signing. Colazo looked far better than this guy

Ekstraklasa is an underrated league. 

Doesn't half mind a screamer.  Will be exciting to watch, although city need a playmaker more than a bloke that can smack them really hard.

Not sure why 442 has forgotten that these marquees are just accounting marquees. Maybe because it's City? 

Looking into him a bit deeper.
He is 27 played over 100 games over the last 3 seasons in a variety of positions. DM, AM, Winger, CF. So appears to have some versatility.
He was also the captain for this team last year scoring 7 with 5 assists in 33 games. 4 of the goals were scored from long shots, not afraid to shoot by the sounds of it. 

Doesn't have the pedigree of many of the other signings, but appears to be a leader, versatile and durable so cannot be completely discounted.

Checked the polish wikipedia for any details not fit for print in English and there appears no cocaine/hookers/nationalism/car chases/bar fight scandals

Yep, I think most just expected a bigger signing because City have the cash. Good age, plenty of games behind him, be good to see how he goes for them.

A new low for the a league - this guy should be on peanuts, how is he marquee?

He is playing in the polish league - which their currency alone suggests that he wouldn't be on a massive salary due to the cost of living in Poland. His cv is poorer than most foreigners let alone marquees and he has no big clubs or international caps to his name.

I'm praying he fails a medical or something because this is pathetic.

He might turn out to be a player but how he is not in the cap is beyond me.

give him a chance as mentioned he is at the right age and looks quite versatile,
played over 30 games in each of the past 3 seasons.
also read that he got offered an improved contract from Cracovia but still turned it down
have a look at  Fernaroli's record before he came to City and he was a striker or even Berisha's
