Brad Boardman a talented striker playing for the hungry Bonnyrigg White Eagles in the NSWPL was signed in the 2010 season and in he’s first season at Bonno he has managed to net 13 goals in his first season with the club and helped Bonno win their first Premier league trophy since 1999.

We caught up with Boardo and had a few questions to ask him

Q .When did you first start playing?
A. At 4 years old

Q .What are your hobbies outside of soccer?
A. Surfing, Surfing and Surfing haha

Q. What inspired you to become a hungry soccer player?
A. My father is my biggest inspiration and the love of the game and winning

Q. How many goals are you hoping to score this season?
A. 23

Q. What position do you play
A. Striker

Q. How many more years do you think you will be at Bonno?
A. Not sure we will see how well I do this year hopefully I can give back to the club for what they have given me.

Q. Name a few things you hope to achieve in the future
A. I want to win the treble with Bonno I think we owe the fans and the officials

Q. What do you think of the proposed Australian "FFA" cup?
A. it’s a great idea and would be good for the state league clubs

Q. What are your thoughts of Brian Brown and Cliff Pointer?
A. They are the best coaches, motivators and man managers in this league.

Q. Who is the best Keeper,Defender,Midfielder and Striker in the BWE Squad
A. that’s a hard one I respect every player the same as the next and think we are all good.

Q. Are Bonnyrigg going to be serious contender's again for the 2011 season?
A. Yes we are a quality squad and all want to win

Q. What do you think of Bonnyrigg and the people involved with the club?
A: Amazing everybody is so nice and were very welcoming to me and my family

Q. Which away game will be the most challenging and why?
A. I think Blacktown we owe them from the grand final and major semi

Q. Do you think Bonnyrigg vs Sydney United should still be played behind
closed doors
A. No it shouldn’t maybe they should separate the crowd and release them at different times maybe choose a neutral venue too?
