http://www.sydneyolympicfc.com/news/2011/03/15/brett-studman-the-last-signing-for-sydney-olympic/

Sydney Olympic is happy to announce Brett Studman as the last signing before the season commences for the 2011 NSW Premier League that commences on the 26th of March.

The 26 year old defender was just released by North Queensland Fury where he had 9 appearances and 1 goal in the 2010-11 A league competition.

Brett played for Olympic in 2003-2005 and also represented Australia at the 2001 FIFA U-17 World Championship in Trinidad and Tobago. He has also played for Newcastle Jets in 2005-06 and had 68 appearances with Bankstown City in 2007-10 with our current coaching staff Peter Tsekenis and Peter Papoythis on the bench.

Brett said to Sydney Olympic media after signing his new contract: “I am happy to be back at Sydney Olympic, a Club with great history and it makes me even more confident to be here with Peter and Peter on the bench of the Club. My minimum expectation this season is to make the semis, I will do my best to satisfy the expectations of the coaching staff, Directors and supporters of the Club. “

The Board of Sydney Olympic would like to wish Brett all the best for the forthcoming season and hope he meets his personal goals together with the goals of the team.

For what it's worth, O Kosmos reported a few months ago that Gold Coast were signing Nuno Gomes & Chris Doig, and Nathan Burns was joining Rangers.
