This sums up the Club
Edited by Minimalistix: 25/3/2011 09:34:43 PM It certainly does. Again, promoting the Pratten Park riot as if it is something to be honoured. You blokes really have no idea do you? It was a disgrace on the game and a disgrace on your club. No wonder your club is where it is...

Following Mr Efrem Bunguric the team conditioner and physio took the floor and went through his previous experience with Sydney Olympic back in 1999-2000 but also his experience with all other Premier League and A League he has worked with. He stated: “I am not afraid to say to everyone that Sydney Olympic was the Manchester United of Australia, I was there and lived it and Sydney Olympic was the best team in Australia that was supported by the most people.” Efrem briefly gave the players an overview of the pre-season program that will be followed and handed out printed material and asked the players to be dedicated and they will all see the results when the season commences on the 26-27 of March 2011. http://www.sydneyolympicfc.com/news/2011/01/13/sydney-olympic-first-training-session-for-2011/

Apparently, a Korean import was trialled during the Reserve Grade match and will be signed, don't know anything else about him. Byun Sung-Hwan :-k

Minimalistix wrote:We are looking like a much balanced side all around the field, something we did not have last season. Although not title contenders, there is absolutely no reason with Tsekenis in charge, that we can not make the semi-finals as a bare minimum. We have impressed during the off-season, but it all counts to nothing when next weekend comes around.
My prediction? We'll come Fourth. Instant credibility.
