No. I think that he lost ~2 seconds in the pits when they ONCE AGAIN fucked up his tyre change, that happens all too often (could be a conspiracy but that sounds retarded).

I think most of the time he lost was due to the absence of KERS. That combined with the pit stop would have had him all over the back of Petrov.

I don't understand why RB would jeopardise their shot at a constructor's title by hampering Webber.

Thats normal in all motor sports when there is 2 or so drivers in the same team, happens all the time with V8's, we actually had a few change teams this season because of that reason, Will Davison left HRT for example

This is a big problem for Webber, at his age he's not exactly an attractive propostition for other teams and he'll probably find himself stuck playing second fiddle to Vettel if he wants to continue driving with a top team.

A conspiracy within Red Bull? That's unlikely. Even if they do have a preference for Vettel, they still want Webber to do as well as possible for the constructors championship.
