And if they need a right back so badly, why don't they go after Dave Mulligan - they can't have salary cap problems surely?

The word from Wellington is that Mulligan wants too much - no idea how true that is.

Funny it's always the players 'wanting too much', not the club buggering up the salary cap by spending too much too early.
