I can't believe that people are even considering what Masi would be like in the A-League,... I know our standards are low, but really,.. this is not what we need.

Interesting fact about Masi - he actually garnered a vote in the FIFA world player of the year in 2000 I think. He was very good for Newc United, but after seeing him fairly regularly in the NBN State League for sth Cardiff before his move to the VPL, I can safely say his best days are well behind him...

masi would be good to see in the a-league but he needs to go to a better club like the jets!

He was class in the old NSL. But that was years ago and i doubt he will be up to A-League level.

merricks gotta go, i miss FRED. he had a good debut season for DC united, starting 23 of 26 games, scoring 7 goals and racking up 8 assists.

we need a half decent striker to back up arch and danny up front. love hasn't really been of any use. i was hoping the victory would get rid of both love and allsop for a better quality striker, although to be fair to danny, he has been scoring goals of late.

I think your going to have a hard time proving that Archie is sub-A-league standard.

Yes this is not what Victory needs, but then again Victory needs a new coach and they are not about to get that either.

I wouldn't be suprised if we signed another sub-standard striker.
