would be nice, but unlikely...that would be taking a backwards step as you got Burns who's desperate to go overseas, why would Troisi of the same age come back?:roll:

troisi is one of my fav young players, it was sad to hear he was leaving newcastle united, the epl club i support, but if he gets first team footlball it will be good. he will get that in the a league, i am happy if he plays in the a-league as long as its not at the jets or fc

We need a left back anyways A-league season isn't long enough compared to overseas, as a young player who has had a taste of 38 games a season in the NUFC reserves I think his better of playing at a smaller Dutch or Scottish club as a stepping stone. But if he comes home to play for AUFC you wont hear me complaining.:-$
