So I finally finished watching Mad Men, certainly one of my favourite tv shows of all time.
Can't believe its over it was just so beautifully well made.
Jon Hamm was outstanding throughout the entire series. =d> =d>
The finale of season three would be the best episode of the whole series for me.
Poor Betty. :(
It was good to see Don find some kind of inner peace and finish how it did though.

Finally got around to watching Rome.
Quality series, in the same genre as Game of Thrones but superior imo.

I reckon it could have been huge if it was on now considering how GoT has generated so much interest in that sort of stuff. I've been going back through season one, it's still quality I couldn't help but imagine how much better this could have been if it had a budget like GoT. If Rome had the power to do a Blackwater type episode it would have been amazing.

This show is back for another season, it has a couple of Australian cast members, Aden Young and Adelaide Clemens (although most people think shes Michelle Williams)
Its produced by a couple of producers from Breaking Bad, Mark Johnson and Melissa Bernstein.
Personally the show should have concluded at the end of season 1, it would have been perfect

Starting to get into "The Brink" on Showcase on Tuesdays. It's pretty funny and Tim Robbins is quite good in it. Jack Black does an ok job as well.

I haven't any idea of how expensive it was but I meant more in regards to Rome not having the budget to do major battle scenes as well as GoT was able to with Blackwater and the battle at the wall in season 5. Instead major historical battles that would have been really cool to see played out are rushed over or not even shown at all in some cases. I'd imagine Blackwater would have been very expensive though, battle scenes always are.

What did you think of the finale? I liked it, left it open for a second season although I read this one was made 2 years ago as a one off idea... I do wonder if the book ends the same way though?

Recently smashed through all the seasons of Friday Night Lights. It's not the kind of show I usually watched but after accidentally watching the first episode, thinking I was watching the movie of the same name, I got hooked  thought the series finale was terrific. Great show all round.
After several years of being recommended to watch it, I received recent pressure from Sydcro to watch Suits. And only 2 epsiodes in, I'm absolutely hooked. Loving it so far!

Yes! Great show.
Anyone watch Fear The Walking Dead? I thought the pilot looked really promising.
And I know this one thing - if there is something I need more on my TV, it's zombies!

Finally finished Breaking Bad (long overdue) FMD what a show, not one off season, incredible acting/writing and actual ending, 69/10
He was a man of specific quirks. He believed that all meals should be earned through physical effort. He also contended, zealously like a drunk with a political point, that the third dimension would not be possible if it werent for the existence of water.

Ok the shows I've been watching the last few months (Outside of Mad Men).
Aquarius - Features David Duchovny, its a fictional story on Charles Manson pre Sharon Tate. Its based in the late 60's so it looks into other social issues at the time. Its nothing spectacular but I liked it and I'm looking forward to the second season.
Hannibal Season 1 to Season 3 ep 3. Thought the first two seasons were 9/10 , although the third one was quite slow and a bit meh but I've been meaning to catch up on it soon.
Ballers - Its like an NFL based entourage it features Dwayne Johnson as well. Only ten eps and they're about 30 minutes each, so its quick to watch and its not bad.
Rectify Season 1 to 3 - Condemned has posted about it before and I've liked all three seasons so far, would recommend.
House of Cards Season 1 to 3 - This is really good, have to say what happened to Russo really hit me and I really didn't expect this show to be so dark.
Masters of Sex Season 3 - I think they skipped time quite well and I'm enjoying the third season at the moment.
True Detective Season 2 - Unlike a lot of people I quite liked it. McAdams & Farrell were superb, I wish Vaughn had less scenes with his Mrs as that was dreadful.
Fear the Walking Ep 1- Have only watched the first episode at the moment and I quite like where its headed. Although Nick wasn't really believable as a drug addict and having very little withdrawal. :?

I wanna watch Danger 5, cause it's a show about a time travelling Adolf Hitler who become the coolest kid at college made right here in Adelaide. Plus, it spawned the Sensible Chuckle gif. Another show I wanna see is If You Are The One. It's this weird Asian dating show which looks pretty funny. I always see posts about it on SBS 2's Facebook page and I remind myself to watch it, but I keep forgetting. #-o

this song just reminds me of the horrible treatment nbc gave Brian Fuller's Hannibal
Mind you, Brian Fuller is reknown for making shows that get cancelled early in the piece
