I dont know what to make of Valencia, he is an awesome player but we dont need him we alreday have Ronaldo, Nani, Giggs, Park, Tosic and Wellbeck who can play on the wings. I dont think its worth the price and I like him at Wigan I would prefer him to stay there

Giggs is almost finished, Ronaldo will go to Spain eventually, Nani seems inconsistant, Tosis is still new and his form can't be judged yet, Wellbeck could go the same way as Chadwick et al... Makes sense to get another quality wide man in. It's not as if Utd are struggling for cash.

Yeah Giggs is more Cm anyway these days but still. I do agree that Ronaldo will eventualy leave but Park and nani are very capable where as Wellbeck is one of our brightest prospects, Rafael and Fabio could easily play on the wings and Tosic remains untested

Makes no sense at all to me. They've got enough. And ronaldo may not be leaving for some time. Giggs wants to play on next season possibly aswell.

(News of the World) News of the world again  Chelsea already have the Robinho style player in Kalou. They were looking to sign Ribinho to play WITH Drogba, not to replace him. You can't replace a tall player with a pacey one like that. Not to mention you wouln't. CAN WE PLEASE stop posting News Of The World rumours?? If a NOTW rumour ever comes true, I'll eat my hat with tomato sauce and post the video of it on here for you all to watch.

Morgan - The Gossip page has rumours from everywhere. Even The Sun. Its not actually reported by the BBC I refuse to put Sun, NOTW, Tribal Football, Goal up here, because it means nothing. Daily Star is a bit iffy too.

BBC have a section for reported transfers and a different section for newspaper rumours. Teh newspaper rumours aren't as reliable. Skysports have a different one. Sunderland boss Ricky Sbragia has made a £5m approach for Manchester City captain Richard Dunne. (NOTW) Just to tidy these two up. Cisse had told Ricky Sbragia that he couldn't stay at the club if Diouf was still here - so muh for the NOTW's 'best mates' theory. As for Richard Dunne - we bid 5 million for him during the summer, the only Citeh player we're after now is Ben Haim (got him on loan with an option to buy). We have an offer in for Hyppia but apparently he can't see the point in going from Liverpool's bench to ours (he wouldn't start ahead of Ben Haim or Ferdinand). We've also put in a bid for Darren Bent, but I think that's more about messing with Redknap's head than actually hoping to get the lad (that said, if Spurs get Keane they might cash in on Bent).

Apparently Man City, Sunderland and Newcastle have all had inquiries into Sami Hyypia knocked back by the man himself.
I think every club in england has made an offer for Bent too.
And Cisse probably won't stay at sunderland despite how well he's played there.

i agree with the fact that you should show some loyalty to your club. But with the kaka situation you have to ask the question "if that was a Manchester United would he still have the same loyalty?" But it is great to see Valencia stay at Wigan. And about Real Madrid. The first two signings Ramos make were good. But since then he has made some poor choices. Faubert is not a player who will win you the La Liga. Ramos is also being linked with a lot of players from mid table teams in the EPL. Yes, some of these players are quality e.g Valencia. But not the likes a Faubert

Italy and Roma defender Christian Panucci, 35, is on the verge of signing for Hull. (Daily Mirror)
Julien Faubert thought he was the victim of a wind-up when Real Madrid first moved to sign him last week. The West Ham midfielder, who has moved to the Spanish club on loan until the end of the season, said: "I got a call from a Madrid agent but I didn't really take it seriously. I thought he was winding me up. Then a few minutes later my agent called me to tell me it wasn't a joke."
Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez will let striker Robbie Keane leave Liverpool for Tottenham - but only if Spurs are prepared to do a swap deal with Aaron Lennon. (Daily Mirror)
Tottenham striker Darren Bent is a deadline day target for Newcastle and Sunderland - but the striker is holding out for a move to Everton. (Daily Mirror)

9.47 Latest news on Arshavin. Sky Sports News reports he is heading back to a London airport with sources close to Arsenal claiming the Gunners are not prepared to meet Zenit's terms.
It looked so likely to happen
