We're all forgetting that this may be an expensive venture though...some clubs own the image rights to some of their players (some own all image rights) and it would cost the magazine further money to make up said poster.

Modric is a star i mean the players that the fans want to see and Modric no doubt is selling lots of shirts. Personaly ive no doubt the Ronaldo poster is cleaner than mk's Torres which looks like its a holey piece of A4 paper

He was 'featured' atleast 6 times (that's what I counted off the top of my head) in the last 12 months and I'm fucking sick of it. I think every issue have a poster of some of the EPL's best players one issue you could have Ronaldo next issue we have got Fabregas then Modric, Torres, Essien and so on something like that and the A league wall chart sounds good to we could maybe have what i said before about EPL with A League players as well

You may be able to make posters, but you have the initiative of a pot-plant. click "fixtures and results" at the top of the page and it's displayed round by round. And show some initiative and make some stuff up to pad it out, it's not like you're making a final good copy that's going to be printed with the mag without a second thought!

As opposed to a nerdy year12 student who has nothing better to do but put these kind of things together?

Future dates as well, preferably a season, not just three days ahead...if its a A1- A2 pullout poster feature for a magazine it will need more information and a selection of high res images for print for substance! This information you are not able to just copy and paste from a public web page announcing events. Most professional sporting companies have these already complied and completed and can provide these along with a job description of what they're perception and expectation of how the finished artwork to look like.

Step up to the profession of graphic design and not present yourself as some year 12 home hack student cutting and pasting things together.
