Is there such a thing?

I would have thought that all the U23 teams and games could be subject to the same ranking system as the senior teams (or ELO).

It'd be interesting to gauge the difference between the 'junior' and senior teams particularly teams that perform well at youth level but fall short at senior level (and visa-versa).

Well fuck it then.

I guess FIFA (and the rest if you) thought so too.

I don't see too much in U23 rankings. Partly because FIFA rankings are never absolutely accurate. Partly because they don't mean much. And partly because all of the really good players are already in their national teams by age 23.
