[spoiler]Anyone else get the feeling Jon won't get resurrected per se, but will have something to do with Arya and the whole switching face thing? Tbf I still don't fully understand Arya's entire storyline from last season. I haven't read that far in the books yet and I couldn't grasp the faceless people enough.

[spoiler]All in all a good season opener. Personally spent to long putting people into position for the rest of there story. Felt the Red Womens scene was to remind people she really does have supernatural power (been a long time since the smoke baby) since all her fire predictions have gone wrong recently. Although she did see Jon in winterfell she says which seems like foreshadowing of his resurrection.

Last year someone theorized that Theon would somehow give his life so that Jon could return. With Sansa and Theon on there way this seems like a plausible theory[/spoiler]

So there's been a supposed leak (important to note that has no evidence) that was posted on reddit today. Posting it because the guy who posted didn't trigger any bullshit alarms with his responses no evidence aside.


[spoiler] Melisandre will come and try to revive him, it will look like all is lost, she doesn't seem to be able to do it. She will say along the lines of what she said previously "I thought it was him, I saw him at Winterfell...". It will look like they really are killing him off, Ghost will perk up and we will see Jon's eyes open and cut to black - roll on episode 3.

Things got interesting though with the children of the forest and the other dude.

This is where I get confused with the TV shows direction.
If I remember correctly, the last book ends with [spoiler]Davos trying to gain the Norths support for Stannis by agreeing to retrive Rickon, the last known surviving Stark from Skagos. This doesn't look to be going to happen because Davos is now in Castle Black and Stannis known to be dead. Is John Snow's death what is now going to lead him down this path? They seem to be building him up for something different. [/spoiler]

The actor is boring, the character is boring and I hate the magical side of it. Simply butchers a great story.
Jamie should have finished the little guy.

I liked his story in season 1, but it was very central to the whole story back then. Didnt mind the 3 eyed raven.
But it just really tappered away. I dont think anyone missed his story in the last year.

Hopefully when he is reintroduced he will have a purpose and direction.

Also. Yeah what ever became of Rickon??
