Our immigration policy should be heavily biased towards migrants from countries with similar ideals and way of life as our own.

For example, all EU countries, UK, Canada, USA etc etc.

Everyone close borders, only Microchipped can cross.

What do you do to those that are already in those countries?

Need some pretty big camps! How do you decide who should be in the camp and who shouldn't?

Simple. If they are American, EU, UK, or Canadian Citizens, then assess their applications fairly and interview them. If they have proven to integrate well in that society, then they should be able to integrate well in Australia. If they meet all the other criteria, have solid chances of employment etc, then let them in.

Pretty much all the perpetrators of the terrorist attacks in France have been EU citizens.

The question here is radical Islam, and there is no chance of addressing it if we are unwilling to talk about it.

The only way to stop it is to bias our immigration policy towards countries with similar ideals and values as our own.

There is a solution.

Bias immigration towards countries with similar ideals and values, and restrict immigration from those who find integration into our society difficult.

The thing is, this is what we should be doing. Nothing better than having migrants with similar ideals and values as our own. It's actually quite sensible.

Muslims can always migrant towards countries with similar ideals and values as them.
