Having thought about this and having a discussion at work I've decided Trump is a master of the 'look over there'.

Although both had links with Epstein it appears Trump was far more involved than Clinton. 

The first thing Trump did when Epstein died was retweet a debunked conspiracy theory about Clinton.  Now everyone is arguing about Clinton, the hashtag #clintonbodycount, Snopes and their debunking of the claims, Clinton's links with Epstein etc etc etc.

Meanwhile nobody is talking about Trump.

in my circle the HK protests have highlighted the interesting phenomena of people who support democracy/equality/diversity/freedom in your country of residence but object to it in the home countries.

There's evidence behind the Epstein case, there's no evidence to the Pizzagate theory or any of Alex Jones's theories really. 

You don’t think this is what started those rumours? That people knew what Epstein was offering and it got passed along from one person to the next Chinese-whisper style until it turned into Pizzagate?

Or that someone knew a further Epstein investigation was coming so they put out conspiracy-style rumours of rich and powerful sex-trafficking rings so that when the real thing was exposed people already considered it tin-foil material?

Epstein's victims have been coming out and making accusations against him as early as 2005. This would obviously raise suspisions.

As for the Pizzagate conspiracy, to my knowledge, there hasn't been anyone who has testified and the theory was debunked by the Police.

So which conspiracy theory do you adhere to?

Flat Earth? faked moon landing? vaccines cause autism? 

All sound pretty loony to me.
