lol. Thanks, maybe next time :p. I really got to save up for stadia upgrade first anyway. I got 3 or so solid strikers.

1. You dont have enough assitant coaches
2. He isnt having regular gametime (i think you rproblem is the first one)

sorry to sound annoying but i just got my team the - silly pirates, and was just lookign at what to do now, ive hired an assistant coach, done the first 4 things the game asked you to do as in re-name stadiums etc, its the offseason now right?

How long will it take for form to go up fo the players who play? I'm now training general and have 8 assistant coaches.

Good. Ummm theres no definite, but if you are training general, all those who played will definetely stay or go up, 1 or two levels
When i was training GK i didn have any assitant coaches and all my outfielders dropped to poor/wretched form haha
You want it at least passable, inad at the very very worst.

i'd take silvano tschopp. has better leadership abilities so players won't lose their team spirit and confidence as fast. is that right imnofreak?

keep to playmaking until next off season. you can train the whole squad with passing as you only play one match in off.
regarding the player you bought...you could have gone younger.

You can buy actual coaches too captain. Can be a bit more expensive and I'm not sure how your finances are, but if you can afford doing that it is a good option.
