In the Chelsea Academy site , the first on the list, on Dirk's Academy Sessions sticky at the top of this page, I've found diagrammatic representation of some exercises I did last week with Norm Boardman, FFA's national Game Development Manger. Outside the KNVB, Boardman is the best coach I've seen in operation.

Boardman failed Judy Free in his refresher course for a Youth Licence - first time I've heard of any coach failing a FFA Youth Licence, which is the third lowest community course available in FFA badges.

I did some similar stuff with Boardman last year too. It is a component of the Skills Acquisition Program.

It is Chelsea exercise number 67. It is good stuff and useful to any level coach.
