Yesterday 1 of my U11s team won 24+ - 0.
I tried everything i could to prevent this but could not stop it.
Clearly poor coaching is the problem, but what do you do?
Scale team and players and make a super league at 11?
Spread the talent across all teams from the same club and insure other clubs do?
Have a TD for each age group at each club?
Train all the U11's one day with their coach and 1 day with all coaches and teams together?

how are others handling this problem?

ps out of 42 teams only 4/5 are playing good football.to be truthful mine is the only club not selecting a and b teams at this age.
