Scoring a bunch of goals in the third division. Gavin Di Niese is there as well (the one from River Plate).
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

If I could've asked for anything for Christmas, it would be for some promising Aussie goal scoring Striker to pop up out of absolutely nowhere at an age where he's near ready to contribute for the national team. We really need someone like this to come through and actually be good (I don't have much faith in Maclaren). Wiki has him at 14 goals in 25 games in Portugals third div. Not too bad.
On the down side... even if he is half decent, he won't see any game time at Benfica for a looooong time.

Interesting signing by Benfica as he is 23 and not some youth signing that will just play in the junior sides, or develop and on-sell. They must see something that they can use for the first team squad otherwise why sign him

Great story about Anthony Carter, I think he was in Romania a couple years ago too.
Shows what persistence can do if our players are prepared to stick it out, recently with McGree and Mauk are latest examples of players not prepared to tough it out at there clubs or drop back down a league to work there way back up and instead they come back home.
Too many take the easy way out, even though Carter has never been through the current player pathways here he took the tough way to earn a pro contract and earned a ticket at one of the biggest clubs Portugal, pleased for him!

But it could just be a gamble since proven Strikers are so dam expensive these days.

Has anyone got any news about the young lad Jacob Italiano's trip to Germany? Has a deal been done with Gladbach?

Maty starting away to Newcastle in 20 minutes.
Tim Krul returns to his old stomping ground but will be resigned to watching the match from the bench lol.

Ruka starting Gallifuoco in the hunt for promotion at Dover in the conference Good game from Ryan. Newcastle deserve to be relegated, irritating supporters.

Hudders needed a Mounie goal. Rubbish game to watch Maty postgame interbiew, motm ? dunno. sometimes he likes a dive when its a simple stop. hehe, nuthing wrong with that :)

Maty Ryan again with the clean sheet and what looks like a MOTM performance. Check out the highlights, pulled off a few incredible saves.

Hyuga Tanner has signed with Bala Town in Wales. The club said he was just on trial in Japan, disappointing he didn't get a contract there as it would have been a more interesting move
