+xVan Bommel insisted Sainsbury and Behich come against the PSV scouts wishes as they held them in low regard. Weird. Insist they come but barely play them especially after seeing them do well at a world cup? Their competition have done well but a few more minutes would have been expected. the situation is bizarre. and you can see the deterioration of their playing in the NT.

Aussie-Maco, Aleks Taleski who was at FK Vardar has moved to Viktoria Plzen in the Czech League, https://www.transfermarkt.com/aleks-taleski/profil/spieler/606947https://www.gol.mk/fudbal/kengurot-aleks-taleski-promoviran-vo-viktorija-plzenMacedonian Football fans seem shocked that he's moved, siting that he maybe didn't have as much talent as this move suggests. https://twitter.com/MacedonianFooty/status/1101477527942508544He has played 9 times for the Macedonian U19's scoring 5 goals, and has made 6 apps this season for Vardar's seniors totalling in 44 minutes. we should be keeping an eye on him, pretty sure he did most of his growing up in Aus, played for Green Gully before heading over to Vardar, so surely there is someone keeping tabs. From what i saw they had about 70% and full control of the game, they could have scored 3 or 4 with better finishing and the final ball too but it was a dominant performance, the opposition didnt get a sniff untill the penalty in the end.
Good to get early wins on the board.

Dougall starting 90 for Jovanovic at Jeju
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Leckie returns to the bench. McGing may feature later tonight. Celtic vs Hibs in Cup later on plus PSV and Breda.
Ryan starting in a crucial game against Huddersfield with Mooy on the bench. They're doing Championship prep and using Mooy as impact no doubt. It worked last game.
Meredith returns to the 11. Irvine and Luongo mainstays. Williams bench. Wright bench against former club Preston in a massive game for Bristol's playoff hopes. No Elder (injured but doing well on fitness) while Jedinak is on the bench.
Burgess starting and Dougall starting and winning.

Theoharous got a full half a fortnight ago but then wasn't i the squad last week. Good facilities at Gladbach but he's the exact type that should be getting minutes at the Mariners.

Gersbach not in the squad, concussion apparently Genk match ended 1-1.. hopefully Brugge won't catch them Good to see Williams get a goal 90 for Karacic against Dinamo Important win for Giannou Juric left out...

I just hope Juric is working extremely hard on the training pitch. Is he even at Luzern? He's got a contract still so he's probably there. After the fall out he must forget about minutes and just work really really hard on fitness and sharpness. Another club will come. If we're honest his swiss stint hasn't been too bad. 74 games for 21 goals and 12 assists. A tick higher would be nice but he should be able to get a deal somewhere.

Luzerner Zeitung reports that Juric has been told he can negotiate with other clubs and has been barred from training with the first team.Juric has been with the Swiss club since July 2016 after joining from Dutch Eredivisie team Roda JC.It's claimed Juric, whose contract expires at the end of the season, has been omitted for "sporting and strategic reasons", not for anything behaviour-related.

Could they be more vague? I guess they just don't see him in there plans so want to focus on players that will be there next season? Have any other players there been dropped?

Fuck that. Sounds awkward. Wasn't there another aussie @ Luzern at one stage ? Vidosic or was it Bozanic Probably used to these things, but we know what Juric's been like with niggles and stuff. That would be frustrating for any manager

+xI always want to recall him but he never delivers for the national team. He always gets called up when we sew performing particularly badly and then never gets a consistent run, unlike McLaren who has had some decent opportunities, i think ruka has more upside.
