+x+x+xMaybe Red Star are poor atm, prolly want him back asap. Also, probably fears not being included in future NT games. Maybe he got sick of eating camel and rice also. Could be any of these points and maybe all contributed. I am super happy he left. I think everyone should be. Yep, i'm glad he's gone from the Middle East. I was a little dejected cause he was having a ripper season last year with Red Star and moving into his prime years as a footballer, but sounds like both he and Red Star got offers they couldn't refuse. Hopefully he can relaunch his Euro career now - he's one of my favourite current Socceroos. Is the saudi league really that bad especially compared to Serbia ? It's arguably right up there with Japan for the strongest league in Asia. The top clubs have very impressive players.

+x17 year old Australian Caleb Watts has been included in Southampton's squad for preseason game vs Guangzhou. And he just signed his first professional contract 5 days ago too (One of only 2 to get a 3 year deal). https://www.southamptonfc.com/news/2019-07-17/southampton-fc-academy-pro-contracts-jankewitz-watts-norton-keoghOnly 17, already cracked the U/23 team last summer. I read this squad is a mix of First teamers and u/23's. Shame he is yet another midfielder. And we have lots of examples of players breaking into first teams only to slowly disappear. For example, Jordan Lyden's trial with League One team Southend United seems to have gone nowhere and now he is trialling at Woking - national league. And to think he was in Villa's EPL team a few years back (made 4 appearances). Surely a return to Australia to play in the A-League would be better than trialling in 5th division in England. https://gasroom.org/discussion/4841/woking

+xRyan Edwards has left Hearts in the SPL and move to Burton Albion in League 1 That’s a bizarre transfer. A sideways move at best.

Watts subbed on, 61'
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

I imagine that it's not so much the league that's the problem, but the barbaric medieval fanatical theocratic dictatorship that the league is in. As long as he don't get arrested in th@ country... yourrr sweet ;)

PSV face Basel in CL qualification. Not sure if Sainsbury is 100% fit. Even if he started he lacks match practice. A bad game under strain gets him written off all over again.

Angelo elft LB hey? that was weird after Behich took off. They now only have 2 left backs on their books, both 21 years old.

This is off the top of my head. Sainsbury on the bench for this

Boyle and Dykes started in cup matches. Dykes won a penalty and involved in another during the first half.

Good video of PSV on Facebook celebrating a 3:2 turnaround against Basel. Sainsbury amongst it.

Ajdin Hrustic player 35 minutes in a 3-0 friendly win over FC Eindhoven. He seems to be grouped with what looks like the starting team (Sierhuis, Doan etc. )

Both are getting paid double what Sains is getting so you'd hope or that is a bit unfair

No Rogic or Arzani in CL qualification. Is Rogic still building fitness or is he actually going to sort a move?
