Great start for Hrustic seeing though last season he did not get a single goal and only played 1014 minutes. New manager or got his shit together? Sainsbury only got 2 starts last year for 236 mins so promising start for him. And damn Souttar looks like a real find, I know its only League One he is playing in, but he is still only 20yo and how do we not have him in the box for corners for these upcoming qualifiers, especially against these smaller asian teams.
In other news: John Iredale come on at 80th min for Carlisle (League 2) Jordan Lyden played a full game for Swindon (League 2) Mebrahtu came on in 62nd Minute for Puskas Academy (Hungary top flight) Italiano not in the squad for Gladbach II

Great start to the season for Aussie abroad so refreshing since it’s been a little doom and gloom recently.

Luongo also scored 2 goals for the QPR u/23's a few days ago against Fulham. Hopefully he still gets a move before all the transfer windows close

So the 19 year old Japanese player scores against PSV and practically nearly wins the game for Twente. Fuck, can we get a break sometime soon. Sounds like Sains did alright. Whose this CB pairing w/ Sainsbury sounds almost worse than him. Sains better start to impose himself on the game a little to remain in that starting XI. But from what it sounds he is seriously out of match sharpness.

But from what it sounds he is seriously out of match sharpness. Viergever. Baumgartl and Lukassen were on the bench. Both CB were very redundant and the PSV fans somehow found them to blame for the poor attack. Basically whenever the fullbacks made a move, Enschede covered the passing lanes well. The centre midfield got the ball backs to the marker and always passed it back. It felt like watching Australia play. Way too much build up for little reward. Baumgartl is great for a howler himself. I think he'll start next at the expense of Sainsbury. Sainsbury should try and get a run in midfield. He played half a season there in Switzerland.

According to wiki, Charles Lokoli-Ngoy has signed for Hong Kong Pegasus, the same club Michael Glassock signed for.

Scored again
By now, American Samoa must have realised that Australias 22-0 win over Tonga two days earlier was no fluke.

Ire dale continuing to impress albeit in the German 4th division. He’s probably zero chance of getting picked for September but if he can continue his run and keep scoring he could be an outside chance of a spot on the bench for the first team.

+xIre dale continuing to impress albeit in the German 4th division. He’s probably zero chance of getting picked for September but if he can continue his run and keep scoring he could be an outside chance of a spot on the bench for the first team. I think he should be in the squad for the experience. Dont forget, we Ange capped Ikonimidis when he was still only playing for Lazio's u/23 teams. What's impressive about Iredale (and its still early days) is that he is just coming off a severe injury and I'm assuming most of his team mates primarily communicate in German. So to immediately make an impression in a new league after being out for so long is impressive. Also he only turned 20 last week. BTW: Folami: seems to have returned from injury last month, has been scoring well for u/23 team but didnt seem to get any minutes for first team in preseason games. Milislav Popovic - remember him - he is set to return from his ACL injury for Austrian Second Divison team SV Lafnitz, probably late August, early September. Would be great to have all 3 playing regularly before the AFC U/23 championships next January. (they all qualify)

Derby leading 2:1. Mooy going ok. He's too deep and never in a scoring position.
